The education sector has witnessed meaningful participation of diverse partner institutions in the delivery of education and training services, from early childhood development to university education including adult and non-formal education. The Ministry uses memoranda of understanding to mobilize partners, and is working toward a comprehensive partnership strategy to guide resource mobilization and collaboration across the public and private sectors, civil society, and international organizations.
