The senior leadership structure of the Ministry.
The Ministry is led politically by the Hon. Minister, supported by the Permanent Secretary, the Deputy Permanent Secretaries, and the Directors heading the technical and regional education directorates.
How the leadership is organised
- Office of the Minister — political leadership of the education sector
- Office of the Permanent Secretary — administrative head of the Ministry
- Deputy Permanent Secretaries — programmes, finance, administration and policy
- Directors of the technical directorates — planning, curriculum, standards, human resources, services, science and technology, early childhood and inclusive education, in-service training, adult and non-formal education, finance and performance management
- Regional Directors — the regional education directorates across the country
