Senior Secondary Education covers the three-year Grade 10–12 programme. The policy calls for expanded access alongside improved completion and reduced dropout and repetition.
Entry is linked to performance in the Gambia Basic Education Certificate Examination (GABECE). The Senior Secondary curriculum is intended to prepare learners both for higher education and for the world of work.
