Parents, caregivers and learners can use these routes for admissions, school concerns, additional learning needs and information requests.
What to do first
- Speak to the school in the first instance — most matters are resolved there
- If the matter is unresolved, contact your Regional Education Directorate
- For additional learning needs, ask the school to involve the region's support arrangements
- For anything else, write to the Ministry at info@mobse.gov.gm
